The Spring Lobby renovation reimagines the arrival experience for one of Austin’s iconic residential towers. The existing lobby suffered from low ceilings, cramped sightlines, and awkward circulation—creating a first impression that fell short of the building’s reputation. Our design transforms this transitional space into a welcoming, refined entry that feels both expansive and intimate, signaling the tower’s renewed commitment to comfort and quality.
