A redesign and custom rebuild of an inspirational mid-century modern home that was previously published in Architectural Digest in 1968 by award-winning architect, our team have re-envisioned this residence, which sits quietly tucked away on a private drive in Pemberton Heights.
While maintaining the charm of the original architecture, the team was able to greatly reduce the home’s carbon footprint, use sustainable alternatives to traditional materials, and install high-efficiency appliances. The team significantly updated the entire home and introduced ample natural light into interior spaces. The result includes an updated bar with expanded seating, a new kitchen island with plenty of space for seating, and reimagined living spaces that increase the midcentury charm of the home.
