Flintrock Residence is a warm, thoughtfully detailed remodel of a classic Hill Country home, completed in phases beginning in 2000. Originally remodeled for the Ball family, the project was later expanded for new owners to include a more open floor plan and updated kitchen, bath, and outdoor living spaces.
Deep roof overhangs, exposed timber framing, and generous porches reinforce a regional style that feels both historic and enduring. The home was featured on the AIA Austin Homes Tour and remains a favorite among longtime collaborators.
