Bonham Terrace is a sensitive urban infill project that turns the challenges of a steeply sloped, tree-filled lot into opportunities for thoughtful design. Four units are carefully nestled among mature live oaks using pier-and-beam foundations to minimize root disturbance. The result is a discreet, well-integrated residential complex that feels connected to its natural surroundings.
