Webber + Studio led the adaptive reuse of a former mercantile building in downtown Hutto, transforming a 6,000-square-foot historic structure into a modern commercial space.

By preserving the original façade and integrating updated systems and interiors, the project bridges Hutto’s rich past with its ongoing economic revitalization. It stands as a model for how small-town heritage can fuel meaningful contemporary development.
