We start by confirming all zoning requirements, maximizing unit yield, and constructed square meters. We do unique design work, keeping your budget constraints in mind, and we coordinate with all other design consultants so that you only need our studio as your single point of contact.

During this phase we get early construction cost estimates to keep a pulse on the cost of the design as it is being developed, as well as providing rendering packages to help resale, or pre-leasing campaigns for the developer.

We help turn the project into a sellable, rentable development, by facilitating occupancy permits, helping coordinate the completion of the project and providing you with high-end presale marketing materials.
